Find your future with us. **Boeing Commercial Airplanes** (BCA) is currently looking for a **Mid-Level or Senior Business Intelligence Analyst** (Level 3 or 4) to join the **Manufacturing Operations Support and Logistics team** in **Everett, Washington** ! The Business Intelligence Analyst will partner to develop and deploy data visualizations to assist business operations running efficiently. A successful candidate is able to build effective partnerships with team members, partners, leaders and peers. They will simultaneously lead multiple data projects while partnering with our internal customers to ensure a OneBoeing approach! **Primary Responsibilities:** + Applies data analytics tools in various projects to offer improved "data-driven" decision making + Builds and supports advanced visualizations + Develops data capture and retrieval tools and processes + Applies data automation to existing manual processes + Builds and maintains database tables to support tools and visualizations + Continually learns new processes, tools, and technology to support the organization's future growth + Works in dynamic organization and builds working relationships with various functions + Supports ongoing monitoring of suppliers' performance and key business measures and objectives. + Monitors Data Analytics Profession and Data Analytics Industry for best practices, changes, and trends. + Makes recommendations for opportunity analysis that might improve current or future supply chain organizational efficiency. **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.** **This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.** **"U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.** **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):** + 3+ years of experience in business analytics + 3+ years of experience working with databases + 3+ years of experience with database design, data modeling, or object modeling + 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (Tableau, SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, etc.) + 3+ years of experience working with large scale data systems and analytics **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + 5+ years of experience related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience + 1+ years of experience with Agile, Scaled Agile, Framework or related frameworks + 1+ years of experience working in a software development environment + 1+ years of experience telling stories via data visualizations + 1+ years of experience with Project Web App + 1+ years of experience in a role that required outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and team skills + Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field **Typical Education/Experience:** Mid-Level (Level 3) Technical bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' or a PhD degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study. Senior (Level 4) Technical bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. **Relocation:** Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
