- Should be very familiar with Cisco router and switch configuration, OSPF, VLANs, etc

- ServiceNow experience is a must have

- Basic duties include resolving tickets for adding/removing ports, troubleshooting network access issues and Cisco WiFi issues and cabling

Additional Skills & Qualifications

CCNA is a preference but not a must have

Government Experience is also a preference but not a must have

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00
