About the Job
Growing mid-sized Medical Manufacturing Product company in Metro West, MA is seeking a dynamic / detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join their growing collaborative marketing team.
This individual will serve a key function in marketing and event support. You’ll work under marketing leadership on monitoring show/event details; pulling reports team distribution; implementing/maintaining spreadsheets to track programs and providing marketing event support for projects.
This is a long-term contract position that is hybrid in Metro West, MA. Great exposure for growth working closely with leadership and clients. Could be extended.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing department’s processes, deliverables, and initiatives
- Track and compile data using CRM’s, spreadsheets, and other software related to sales activities
- Monitoring all marketing collateral inventory and facilitating reorders when needed for events and other programs
- Coordinates, tracks, and supports the business development/marketing activities
- Work with leadership on monitoring and communicating event deadlines/needs
- Assists in the coordination of all aspects of trade shows and special events;
- Regularly edit, proofread, and update communication materials across various platforms to ensure content is current, accurate, error-free, and consistently formatted
- Assembling requests and facilitating shipping orders for collateral for sales/marketing team
- Maintaining spreadsheets to track programs in Excel (budget, shows, etc)
- Maintaining relationships with 3rd party vendors for various marketing needs
Qualifications:
- 1+ years in general marketing/events coordination within a professional business environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Some experience planning, coordinating, and executing marketing programs or events
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent project management abilities to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail
- Software experience: Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Dynamics CRM
- Adaptable, fast learner with a growth mindset and drive for continuous improvement
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
- Team-player mindset is essential
