The Role: Mid-Level Litigation Associate

Are you ready to take on a position where your expertise truly matters? We're seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join one of our distinguished clients in the technology and life sciences field. This is your opportunity to lead, innovate, and leave your mark.

In this role, you'll:

• Shape the Future: Bring fresh ideas to complex litigation involving copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial disputes.
• Collaborate with the Best: Work alongside a nationally recognized team of over 150 litigators, partnering with innovative companies from startups to Fortune 50 enterprises.
• Drive Change: Manage high-stakes matters that influence the direction of cutting-edge industries and emerging technologies.

Key Skills

We're looking for candidates with expertise in:

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with one or more of the following: copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation.
• Analytical Abilities: Proven ability to interpret complex legal issues and strategize effectively.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple cases, manage priorities, and mentor junior team members.
• Communication: Superior oral, written, and interpersonal skills for effective advocacy and collaboration.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with technology and life sciences sectors, understanding the nuances of these industries in litigation.

What We're Looking For

Your success starts with your skills and experience. Here's what you'll need to thrive in this role:

• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, or complex commercial litigation.
• Skills: Expertise in drafting motions, managing discovery, and preparing cases for trial.
• Education: A J.D. from an accredited law school with superior academic credentials.
• Mindset: A collaborative, forward-thinking approach, committed to delivering exceptional client results.
• Bar Admission: Must be barred in the state of the office location or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
