Key Responsibilities:
- Defense litigation and trial preparation (strategy, discovery, client and witness prep)
- Research into complex litigation issues
- Taking and defending depositions
- Motion preparation and argument
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license
- Strong analytical, writing, and client-focused skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
