Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Executive Assistant for a Right-to-Hire c ontract assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in lower Manhattan, NYC . He or she must work 3 days a week in the office.
The team is looking for an Executive Assistant for both the US CIO and Head of US Technology. You should have excellent written and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office suite specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. This person needs to have the ability to multitask, think analytically, and be someone dependable and hard-working. Additionally, the i ndividual must have a positive, can-do, problem-solving, attitude. That is, be flexible to take on other functions outside of managing the calendar such as learning Co-pilot, taking meeting minutes, doing some PowerPoint, simple presenting, and someone willing to take on small initiatives/projects, office coordination of assisting visitors, executives, coordination of office events, etc. The primary responsibility will be the EA function with room to grow.

Responsibilities :
- Provide high-level administrative support including scheduling meetings
- Heavy calendar management for CTO and 1/2 other senior IT execs
- Attend meetings and document minutes.
- Support and coordinate special projects.
- Perform tasks using independent judgment and discretion; i.e., preparing documents and presentation materials; screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls.
- Use judgment and expertise to identify, resolve and escalate day-to-day issues as required.
- Establish sound business relationships by providing courteous and efficient assistance to both internal and external clients.
- 7+ years as an Executive Assistant (for C-Suite level). This experience is critical.
- Experience handling Sr. Executives calendar.
- Experiences working for senior executives within an IT Organization.
- Intermediate Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills.
- Concur experience.
- Must be a good communicator, writer and highly organized.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work in the office 3 days a week.
- Excellent coordination, organizational, time-management and work-prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail, resourceful, and accountability in follow-up.
- Ability to handle sensitive materials under the pressure of last-minute deadlines.
- Large enterprise experience .
- BA Skills and/or Coordination/Project Support experience
- Visio
- Banking or Financial Services experience
