Key Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of depositions

Skills and Experience
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- 4 to 7 years of experience in commercial business litigation
- Strong academic record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage complex litigation matters independently or as part of a team
