Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture Design: Define the overall architecture for Power Platform solutions, including data models, integrations, security measures, and environment management strategies to align with business requirements and compliance standards.
Governance Framework Development: Establish clear guidelines for application lifecycle management (ALM), user access controls, data governance, change management, and versioning to ensure consistent quality and control across Power Platform applications.
Security & Compliance: Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data, manage user permissions, and enforce data privacy regulations within the Power Platform environment.
Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor Power Platform usage, performance metrics, and identify potential issues to proactively address performance bottlenecks and optimize solution efficiency.
Center of Excellence (CoE) Support: Lead the development and maintenance of a CoE starter kit, providing tools, templates, and documentation to empower citizen developers and promote consistent best practices.
Training & Enablement: Conduct training sessions and workshops for business users and developers on Power Platform capabilities, governance policies, and best practices.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and application owners to understand business needs, gather requirements, and ensure successful implementation of Power Platform solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
Deep Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform: Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related technologies, including data connectors, APIs, and custom connectors.
Governance & Compliance: Experience in designing and implementing governance frameworks for low-code platforms, including data privacy, access control, and data quality management.
Technical Architecture: Ability to design and document complex Power Platform solutions, considering data modeling, integration points, and scalability.
Azure Integration: Knowledge of Azure services (like Azure Active Directory, Azure Logic Apps) to integrate Power Platform solutions with other cloud-based systems.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement in Power Platform environments.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, and IT leadership.
