We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Consultant with strong technical proficiency, consulting acumen, and a client-first mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience with PowerBI, SQL databases, semantic models, CRM systems, Microsoft Dynamics environments, and Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) licensing. This role involves collaborating with clients to deliver tailored solutions and supporting them throughout implementation and beyond.
Role Summary:
As a Microsoft Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on technical implementations, system customizations, and business intelligence solutions. You will combine consulting skills with technical knowledge to deliver impactful solutions that meet client needs, ensure successful adoption, and foster long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to understand their unique business needs, challenges, and goals.
Conduct detailed
needs analysesand recommend tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
Provide guidance on
best practicesfor system implementation, business intelligence, and ongoing management.
Build strong, long-term client relationships through effective communication and a focus on delivering value.
Facilitate
discovery sessionsto identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimization.
Technical Implementation and Data Management:
Oversee
data cleaning and importprocesses to ensure accurate and seamless integration of client data.
Manage
environment provisioningand
solution importfor Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other tools.
Design and implement
SQL databasesand
semantic modelsto enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
Customize and configure
PracticePro 365, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, and Power Automateto align with client workflows and operational requirements.
Develop and deploy
PowerBI dashboardsto deliver actionable business insights.
Conduct
post-go-live data importsto finalize system readiness and ensure smooth client operations.
Client Support and Customization:
- Triage new support tickets
and collaborate with clients to resolve issues efficiently.
Manage user onboarding, additions, and modifications, ensuring permissions and account settings are accurate.
Implement
basic solution customizationsto meet evolving client requirements.
Serve as a liaison between clients and the development team to address
environment updatesand advanced customizations.
Oversee
Microsoft CSP licensingto ensure clients have the correct solutions and configurations.
Business Intelligence and Reporting:
Build interactive
PowerBI dashboardsintegrated with client data for real-time insights and reporting.
Optimize
semantic modelsfor performance and scalability in business intelligence applications.
Define and implement
KPIsand other key metrics tailored to client needs.
Educate clients on leveraging business intelligence tools for strategic decision-making.
Training and Knowledge Transfer:
Deliver comprehensive
pre- and post-go-live training sessionsto enable effective solution adoption.
Conduct workshops and webinars on
CRM usage, PowerBI reporting, SQL data management, and best practices.
Provide tailored technical support and documentation to clients, ensuring clarity and usability.
Client Engagement and Sales Support:
Manage the
PracticePro365 CRM, maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Conduct
preliminary and onsite client demos, showcasing PracticePro365’s features and benefits.
Partner with the sales team to assist in
client follow-ups, scheduling, and technical inquiries.
Represent PracticePro365 at conferences, webinars, and events as a
technical expertand brand ambassador.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in consulting, implementation, or client support roles.
Demonstrated success in
consulting engagements, with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions.
Proficiency in
PowerBI, SQL databases, and
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systemsExperience managing
Microsoft CSP licensingand cloud-based solutions.
Familiarity with
data modeling techniques, semantic layers, and business intelligence tools.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
PowerBIfor creating and deploying dynamic dashboards and reports.
Advanced knowledge of
SQL Server, including database design, queries, and optimization.
Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Dynamics environmentsand CRM customizations.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Azureand related cloud-based services.
Strong knowledge of
ETL processesand data integration techniques.
