1st shift: Flexible hours to start
Pay rate: 18-19 per hour
Seeking highly motivated individuals to join the inductor manufacturing department. Candidate must possess fine motor skill, good hand eye coordination and the ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time. The positions are first shift with flexible start times. There are several operator positions available within the manufacturing department. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply as candidate will be train on the job.
Typical Responsibilities/Duties:

• Using semi-automated manufacturing equipment to produce inductor products.
• Handling of fine gauge wires with tweezers.
• Loading & unloading of micro-sized parts into fixtures.
• Recording time & pieces produced on work travelers
• Qualifications / Experience:
• Fine motor skill & good hand-eye coordination.
• Proficient with the use of tweezers and other small hand tool.
• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal work instructions.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
