MH/BH Therapist (LCSW / LPC / LMFT) - Gpac

Position: Mental Health/Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW / LPC / LMFT)

Location: Lancaster, PA

Job Overview: Our licensed Therapist is ready to join our behavioral health program to support our Child/Adolescent or Adult population. You will be providing therapy services in a family-focused collaborative team approach.

The ideal LCSW / LPC / LMFT candidate will bring both strong clinical background and knowledge, extensive experience working with families, and an innovative spirit to help grow our program, all while having a keen understanding of the unique and complex needs of today's society.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client intakes and assessments, focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations.
• Create client-centered, strengths-based treatment plans and establish treatment goals.
• Provide focused therapeutic interventions for adult clients.
• Assess client needs, service availability and appropriateness of services.
• Coordinate care with primary care providers and psychiatrists.
• Provide clients with self-management skills and educational information.
• Consult with department and organization leadership on services and program evaluation.
• Work as part of a multi-modality team to support clients in reaching wellness goals.
• Document clients' progress and diagnostic information in electronic medical records.
• Apply a solution-focused and creative approach to daily responsibilities and tasks.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a Mental Health Field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Creative Arts in Therapy, etc.)
• Licensed as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1-3 years' experience working with adults and families
• Knowledge of Evidence-based best practices, trauma informed therapy and client-centered treatment (Required)

Additional Skills:

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• High comfort working with diverse populations and demographics
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse providers and educators
• Promote a positive team-based approach to treatment and care

Preferred:

• Bi-Lingual (Spanish)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation $60,000 - 85,000 (No per diem / 8 or 10 hr shifts / No-on call required)
