**Metro Transit Security Training Specialist - Full Time** **Location:** Seattle, WA **Rate:** $29.00/HR At Securitas, we are leading the transformation of the security industry globally. Our protective services, developed together with our clients, are designed to incorporate a high degree of technology content. **Position Responsibilities:** + Trains new and current members of the Metro Transit Security staff + Ensures all members of the Metro Transit Security staff complies with the Standards and Training requirements stipulated in the contractual agreement between Securitas and the client + Plans, oversees, coordinates, and implements Metro Transit Security's Training Program + Assists Transit Security management in identifying and resolving problems related to training issues + Creates and maintains the training department's calendar + Evaluate the trainees' progress through tests and examinations.
