Qualifications and responsibilities for this Metal Stamping Tool and Die Engineer position include:

10+ years of experience in Metal Stamping Tool and Dies.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and 3D tooling software like VISI.
Strong background in overseeing the fabrication, testing, and debugging of tools and dies.
Managing a team of 4 tool makers, ensuring top-notch maintenance and troubleshooting.
Implementing and maintaining detailed documentation for all tool and die processes.
Overseeing the quality and performance of new tool and die designs from external toolmakers.
Ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency in tool performance.

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
