Job Title: Polishing and Finishing Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform polishing and finishing activities to meet quality and production standards.
• Define and document processes for polishing and finishing operations.
• Set up and operate belt sanders, polishing wheels, and other finishing equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with polishing and finishing tools preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills.
