Technical Project Manager – MES
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for a semiconductor R&D manufacturing lab. The role encompasses end-to-end MES rollout, seamless integration with manufacturing processes, and driving innovation for operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of MES implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Align project goals with organizational objectives, collaborating with manufacturing, IT, and engineering teams.
- Ensure MES integration with existing systems (e.g., ERP, SCADA) to support manufacturing and R&D needs.
- Lead project teams, providing direction and resolving roadblocks.
- Manage system releases, post-deployment support, and user ticket resolution.
- Enable real-time data collection and reporting for decision-making and efficiency improvements.
- Resolve technical issues, refine processes, and enhance workflows for maximum system utilization.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in MES solutions aligned with strategy.
- Train and guide business partners and end users on technical solutions.
Required:
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, with 3+ years in MES implementation for semiconductor or manufacturing.
- Experience in MES platforms (e.g., Camstar, Apriso, SIMATIC IT, Fab 300, 300 Works, SiView).
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to balance assertiveness and adaptability.
- Experience integrating MES with ERP, SCADA, and PLM systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Strong knowledge of business process mapping and solution development.
- Proven ability to work independently, influence executive decisions, and drive programs to completion.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of SECS/GEM standards and factory automation in semiconductors.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, R&D labs, or semiconductor fabs is preferred
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
