Our client, one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in eastern Connecticut, is actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Transactional Attorney to join their esteemed team. This role will involve inheriting an existing book of business with the opportunity to grow client base further.

Experience:

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Secured finance transactions
• Contracts
• Business and commercial real estate
• Business formations
• General business practice

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents

Role Type:

• This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring in-office presence 4 days per week, providing a balance of professional collaboration and remote flexibility.
