Your Next Career Opportunity – Mergers and Acquisitions Financial Analyst II
Construct financial models and conduct due diligence on the acquisition of wireless communications infrastructure including towers, buildings, rooftops, distributed antenna systems (DAS), small cell and data center-related assets, and entity acquisitions, as assigned by the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
- Research economies, markets, customers, and competitors’ financial data, and prepare and present the findings, including recommendations.
- Assist M&A leadership in gathering, organizing, and presenting information related to international expansion, including new market business plans.
- Financial modeling.
- Team member to conduct due diligence on various wireless communications infrastructure and company acquisitions.
- Build and maintain relationships with sellers and other third parties to obtain needed information and documentation.
- Review and abstract lease agreements and other legal documents to determine the financial impact on the acquisition targets.
- Analyze accounting documents, operational records, income, and expenses of wireless communications infrastructure and wireless communications infrastructure company assets, which may lead to adjusting contract purchase price, restructuring of deals, or deals termination.
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cash/stock settlements for acquisitions.
- Work closely with other departments as part of a multidisciplinary team to integrate new wireless communications infrastructure and other acquisitions smoothly.
- Track performance and financial results of acquisitions to present to the Executive Team.
- Assist other members of the department during various phases of the transactions.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese required
- Trilingual in English/Spanish/Portuguese preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study
- 3-5 years experience working with leases and/or contracts.
