We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking to hire highly motivated investment banking professionals with experience ranging from Analyst to Senior Associate. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain extensive hands-on experience in leading both sell-side and buy-side M&A deals. As a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst/Associate, you will support our principals in the execution of M&A transactions and capital-raising engagements. You will be given as much responsibility as your experience and capabilities allow, ensuring a challenging and rewarding career path.
Responsibilities:
- Support principals throughout all phases of the transaction process.
- Prepare detailed financial models and comprehensive valuation analyses.
- Draft pitch materials, client marketing materials, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Curate and manage online data rooms.
- Manage and coordinate due diligence processes.
- Assist with marketing and prospecting initiatives.
- Interact with clients and prospects on the phone, in writing, and at meetings.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support transaction initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of M&A Advisory experience.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Experience drafting Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), management presentations, and pitch books.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with financial databases such as S&P Capital IQ.
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements.
- Flexibility to work with short deadlines, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- High level of motivation and individual initiative.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Series 63, 7, 79, and/or 82 licenses preferred.
- A good sense of humor is a must!

- Full Time
