Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the grocery sector.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to analyze sales data and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift and move products and stand for extended periods. 

Valid driver's license
