Responsibilities

As a mini tour guide for our members, you'll assist with their everyday needs and special occasions by providing them with the products they seek.

• Unload trucks and move inventory in the backroom.
• Fulfill club pick-up orders and assist members while stocking shelves.
• Engage positively with vendors and drivers.
• Maintain a clean and organized area, ensuring member readiness.
• Provide exceptional member service by addressing needs and resolving concerns.
• Ensure safety by following company policies and conducting safety sweeps.
• Monitor food and merchandise quality, ensuring proper rotation and sanitation.
• Collaborate with team members to complete assignments and improve processes.
• Assist with staging club pick-up orders throughout the day.
