MEP project Engineer at Cross Management Corp

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Project Superintendent MEP Engineer with commercial interior and infrastructure experience to join our team in Delaware.

• This position is responsible for major infrastructure projects that include heavy mechanical and electrical work.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead daily field operations to guarantee proper site safety, construction, quality control, and a clean site at all times
• Daily interaction with Project Managers, Architects, Project Engineers, Clients, and/or Client Representatives
• Develop a com
• Manager to ensure timeliness of submittals and procurement of materials for the project accordingly with the schedule
• Monitor costs, such as labor time, material, containers
• Communicate and maintain relationships with subcontractors
• Assist in preparing cost estimates for change order work
• Must have a record of managing complex projects
• Maintenance of Daily Log
• Requirements for this position include:
• Bachlors degree on Engineering 7 years minimum experience
• MEP Background
• Complete understanding of project strategy including scheduling, logistics, financial goals, phasing
• Work with Project as a superintendent for GC
• Bachelor's Degree with focus on engineering
• Efficiently multitask
• Experience managing subcontractors
