We are seeking candidates living in Broward or Palm Beach counties. Immediate full-time and part-time positions available for FL Licensed Inspector and Plans Examiner for Private Provider Code Compliance and Construction Quality Assurance services for a variety of construction projects in Southeast Florida. Must be licensed in two or more trades: building, mechanical, electrical and or/plumbing
Responsibilities
- Perform Inspections for code compliance
- Perform Plans Review for code compliance (if PE or PX licensed)
- Perform Quality Control Inspections
Qualifications
Education/Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in code inspections
- 3-5 years Florida Building Code experience
- Experience on projects in Southeast Florida market: Miami, Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach preferred.
- Private Provider experience preferred.
Certifications/Licenses:
- Florida FS 468 Licensed BMEP Inspector (BN) required - licensed in two or more trades:building, mechanical, electrical and or/plumbing
- Florida Professional Engineer license with MEP experience
- Florida FS 468 Licensed MEP Plans Examiner (PX) preferred.
