I am working with a well-respected, firmly established Mechanical Contractor seeking experienced MEP / HVAC Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a strong, quickly growing team of dedicated professionals.

I am looking for a rock-solid leader in the Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Industry ready to manage a motivated team.  If you have the right background and are self-motivated, I would love to speak with you about this position in more detail.

If you have the following, you could be on track to a solid career as a Commercial HVAC/MEP Project Manager:

• 
  
  • At least 4 years of HVAC and/or Plumbing Project Management experience
  • Experience working on large projects up to $10 Million
  • Prefers someone with experience with semiconductors, although it isn’t a must have
  • Must be proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
