Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all MEP related activities on-site, ensuring the work is carried out in accordance with the project specifications and safety standards.
- Review MEP design and shop drawings, provide technical advice and solutions, and liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any potential issues.
- Monitor the progress of MEP works, identify any deviations from the plan and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard.
- Prepare and present progress reports, and ensure all MEP related documentation is up-to-date and accurately maintained.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth integration of MEP systems with other building components.
- Ensure all MEP systems comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP coordination in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction, engineering, commercial, and building principles.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
