Mental Health Therapist - LICSW and/or the state equivalent of an independent license.
Responsibilities of Mental Health Therapist:
- Rendering evidence–based therapeutic treatment to patients
- Providing an array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through telehealth video or telephone
- Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable
- Providing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services
- Completing and maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State and company guidelines
Qualifications of a Mental Health Therapist:
- Active LICSW and/or state equivalent of independent license.
- 1 year of demonstrated psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment
- 1 year of experience with documenting and treatment planning within an EMR
- Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection and private, quiet space for sessions
Preferred Requirements of a Mental Health Therapist:
- Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese
- EMDR
- DBT
- Prior tele-health or remote experience
- Reliable self-starter who is able to work independently and also as part of a team
- Strong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse range of patients
Compensation:
In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the compensation for this position ranges from $58,000 - $89,000. Note wages may vary based on license level, productivity, experience, location, and skills. We also have Hybrid (productivity based) and contractor rates available.
