Pay: 55,000/yr
Qualifications
- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state
- Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals
- Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in treating mood disorders
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities
- Conducting intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and needs
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals
- Providing individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy
- Monitoring and documenting clients' progress in therapy, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, primary care physicians, or case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients
- Advocating for clients' rights and access to appropriate mental health services and community resources
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards of practice as outlined by state licensing boards and professional organizations
