A growing healthcare organization is seeking a motivated full-time Mental Health Therapist to provide individual therapy and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver acute care to clients. This role involves serving a combination of scheduled and walk-in clients while coordinating care with necessary support services, including family, schools, caregivers, medical providers, and collaborative therapists. The position works closely with a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to ensure seamless, coordinated patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy to a diverse client base.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide acute treatment.
• Serve scheduled and walk-in clients in a walk-in mental health clinic.
• Coordinate client care with other support services for holistic treatment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in psychology, mental health counseling, social work, or a related clinical practice field.
• Licensed as an independent behavioral health professional.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy in an outpatient setting.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, full-time.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $30.47–$45.71 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus.
