About the Opportunity:

• Hybrid or Remote: On-site with potential opportunity for hybrid
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Standard business
• Setting: Behavioral Heath and Addiction Center

Responsibilities:

The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for:

• Complete structured clinical interview with all new patients
• Provide comprehensive psychiatric care
• Document all patient care in electronic medical record
• Participate in CQI projects
• Provide consultation to primary care providers

Qualifications:

• Active LMSW or LCSW in the State of New York
