As a Behavioral Health Counselor, you will play a vital role in helping children overcome emotional challenges and develop necessary life skills through the power of play.

Your Impact

As a Behavioral Health Counselor, you will have the unique opportunity to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can freely express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. You will work closely with children of all ages, using developmentally appropriate techniques and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and social difficulties.

You will support children in mastering self-regulation, improving problem-solving abilities, and enhancing their self-esteem. Your creative and innovative approach will empower young minds to explore, discover, and grow – promoting resilience, emotional well-being, and fostering positive and healthy relationships.

Your Qualifications

Qualifications

• License to practice independently. Completion of a minimum of a master's in counseling/Mental Health degree
• Licensed at LPC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW or Psychologists. 
• Knowledge and experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Experience in treating mood and anxiety disorders.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Be a Team Player
• An empathetic and compassionate nature, with a genuine passion for helping children
