Capstone Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing has openings for great, energetic and passionate Resident Assistants  to assist with resident care in our sub-acute rehab and skilled nursing facility. With its home like atmosphere, and unwavering commitment to each resident and staff member, you will feel right at home with us.

*This position is Monday-Friday 11a-7p with every other weekend required.

Behavior support staff duties inlude:

• Supervise residents in common areas
• Ensure residents have snacks and drinks per diet and document intakes
• Excellent customer service with on-going measured customer satisfaction
• Keep residents entertained with activities
• Multi-tasking and teamwork with Licensed Nursing Staff, Rehabilitation staff and the Interdisciplinary Team

Behavior support staff requirements include:

• Excellent work ethic
• Must have up to date MMR vaccination & phsysical
• Multi-tasking 
• Caring and compassionate personality
• Previous experience with residents with cognitive deficits preferred
