What You'll Do:

Your role goes beyond planning activities – it’s about creating moments of joy and fulfillment for our residents. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and leading 4-6 engaging activities per day that cater to the unique interests and needs of our residents.
• Crafting a fun and interactive monthly activity calendar, ensuring it reflects the vibrant spirit of our community.
• Hosting a variety of events, from large group activities to more personal one-on-one moments, providing residents with social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and emotional support.
• Keeping residents and staff informed of any schedule changes with ease and grace.
• Coordinating transportation to off-site events, making sure residents enjoy exciting excursions.
• Continuously gathering feedback from residents and families to ensure programs are enjoyable, meaningful, and evolving.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with memory care or assisted living activity programs.
