ITAC is seeking a Part-time Membership Services Coordinator to be the vital link between volunteers, members, and the public for our client. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to manage membership records, coordinate volunteer projects, and ensure our facilities run smoothly, all while serving as the welcoming face of a great organization!

Compensation: $15-$20/hr

What you'll be doing:

• Supervise and coordinate external vendors and resources.
• Ensure completion of volunteer tasks and projects, working with various committees.
• Maintain membership database and records.
• Assist with membership status changes and obligations data.
• Serve as primary liaison for new and existing members.
• Support leadership transitions and stay updated on policies.
• Manage facilities, keys, alarm codes, and office machinery.
• Perform light maintenance and contract services as needed.
• Perform routine tasks such as correspondence, filing, organizing meetings, and ordering supplies.
• Run errands and assist with Headquarters functions.

What you'll need to be considered: 

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong software skills (MS Office, Google Suite, Canva)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
• Service-oriented with effective communication skills
