Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Develop and execute proactive membership recruitment and retention strategies in line with the organization's mission and sales goals.
- Employ a consultative sales approach to identify prospects' needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Ensure consistent follow-up and engagement with new members to support the Membership Retention Plan.
- Manage and enhance member benefits programs, ensuring new and existing members receive the promised value.
- Lead special membership sales activities, including promotional campaigns and membership drives.
- Recruit and oversee new benefits and non-dues revenue programs to add value for members.
- Continuously seek innovative methods for improving recruitment and retention efforts through collaboration with other organizations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to members and maintain accurate sales reporting for management.
- Develop membership promotional materials and prepare sales kits.
- Handle correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports as required.
- Represent the organization at various speaking engagements and respond to information requests from members and the public.
- Provide referrals and support to members, contributing to the overall operation of the organization.
- Proven success in sales, with a strong hunter mentality and a track record of closing deals.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and planning skills.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and computer skills.
- Professional, energetic, mature, and responsible demeanor, with the ability to engage in high-level business interactions.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, committed to the success of the organization and the development of the community.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
