About the Role
We are seeking 5 Customer Service Representatives to join our client's Member Service Center (MSC) team. This role involves outbound membership renewal calls and handling inbound service calls with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Representatives will process requests via call, chat, and email while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle an average of 50–70 member interactions daily across calls, chats, and emails.
- Conduct outbound membership renewal calls and assist with inbound service calls.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in Salesforce case management
- Provide efficient and professional service while meeting retention goals.
- Utilize MS Word, Excel, and Outlook to support daily operations.
- Think critically and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a member-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and outbound calling
- Proficiency in Salesforce for case management is required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to document accurately.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
