Member Service Representative (MSR) Part time - Partnership Financial Credit Union

Partnership Financial Credit Union is seeking a full time Member Services Representative position in our Morton Grove Office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Process member transactions (Deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.)
• Cash handling and balancing a cash drawer
• Open new accounts
• Answer phones
• Provide excellent member service
• Promote, explain and cross-sell PFCU's product line

Educational Requirement:

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Experience:

Customer service experience

Previous cash handling experience

Previous teller experience

Hours:

The work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:45 to 5:45 although work demands may dictate otherwise.

Travel Requirements:

Partnership Financial Credit Union has offices in Morton Grove, Kenilworth, Des Plaines and Barrington. Willingness to assist at the other offices may be necessary from time to time.
