Your Responsibilities
As a Member Service Officer, you will:
- Build and nurture relationships with customers by assessing their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Perform routine teller transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
- Open and process new deposit accounts, issue checks, and manage loans.
- Promote and cross-sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Educate customers on using ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines) and self-service tools.
- Balance vaults, TCRs, ITMs, and cash drawers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries with critical thinking and professionalism.
- Assist with call center and operational projects as needed.
- Travel to other branches to provide support when required.
