Member Service/Call Center Rep. - $43K-$50K - Northern Virginia at Beacon Hill

Our client, an association in Falls Church, VA, is seeing a Call Center Representative to join their busy Member Services team! About the Job:

• Answer and document incoming phone calls regarding claims and billing.
• Provide accurate information to callers from the website and other platforms.
• Maintain database information, updating addresses, beneficiaries, and other changes.
• Monitor and respond to inquiry emails and voicemails.
• Collaborate across the team to streamline processes.
• Complete additional administrative, data entry, or other relevant tasks as needed.

About You:

• Bachelors degree is preferred, but not required for this role.
• 1+ years of call center experience required; experience with insurance or healthcare preferred.
• Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
• Tech savvy with the ability to utilize multiple systems concurrently.
• Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy.

About the Position:

• $43K-$50K (dependent on level of education and experience)
• 100% on-site during training in Falls Church, VA before transitioning to a hybrid schedule.
