Member Service Associate (Universal Role) - St. Mary's Bank

While demonstrating Organizational Excellence, this position will be responsible for the following outcomes:

• Provide best in market service to the membership
• Offer products, services and financial solutions to the membership
• Meet cross-sell, deposit and loan production goals
• Accurately process deposit and loan accounts for the membership

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of Associates degree, desired
• one year experience as a customer service represetative with a financial institution
• Proven track record in loan origination, sales and member service
• Knowledge of financial deposit and loan products
• Proven ability to prioritize tassks, demonstrate time management, apply analytical/problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Present a professional image to the member and the community
• Computer experience required with knowlege of Microsoft Office
• Ability to take on varied assignments and work flexible schedule, including Saturdays
