About the Job
We are seeking a Member Relationship Specialist for the Live Oak Financial Health Center.
This level of work is using good, individual judgment, analysis, and decision-making in assessing and overcoming obstacles to produce outputs. The incumbent will accumulate data from which to draw conclusions, listen to evaluate and determine needs. It involves dealing one-by-one with concrete situations as they arise and diagnosing a problem from a multi-factor model.
The incumbent will use the appropriate tools and coaching techniques available to them, develop and propose multiple decision alternatives to address and/or improve members' current financial situation, to remedy past missteps, and to develop an action plan to help members attain short-range financial goals (up to one year). These tools include, but are not limited to systems, data, training, learning and expert resources. This accountability will be measured by the degree of mastery of the coaching communication skills and the depth of knowledge and understanding of Credit Human products and services.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-7:00pm (hours vary depending on location), Saturday, 8:30am - 12:30pm and occasional community events before or after posted hours.
