Melted Metals/Pouring Flooring Supervisor - Path Engineering

As a Metallurgical Engineer (also known as Materials Scientist, Metallurgy Specialist), you'll be responsible for directing labor activities to transform raw materials into liquid steel for producing steel castings. You'll ensure the mechanical properties of the castings meet customer applications, monitor daily analyses, prepare operation standards, assist in purchasing steel scrap and alloys, and maintain knowledge of melting processes. You'll also provide recommendations for process improvements and undertake special projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering/Materials Science.
• 4-6 years experience in metallurgical engineering and electric arc furnace melting.
• Knowledge of product design and application standards, spectrometer analysis, furnace chemical reactions, and engineering principles.
