Medium-Duty Diesel Technician - Must Be Willing to Relocate

A client company of gpac, is looking for a skilled diesel mechanic to join their medium-duty fleet repair facility. This opportunity is not in California, it is in Reno, NV, so you must be willing to relocate and the client company does offer relocation assistance. Responsibilities:

• Repair Isuzu medium-duty trucks
• Routine vehicle maintenance
• Diagnostics and diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
• Perform quality inspections before returning the vehicle to the customer.

Qualifications:

• Diesel Mechanic (Qualifications will be checked)
• Experience with Isuzu medium-duty trucks is preferred.
• Experience as a diesel mechanic previously at a truck repair shop or truck dealer.
• Knowledge of shop equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• CDL license is a plus!

Benefits:

• Pay is anywhere from $30 - $45/hour flat rate depending on experience.
• Monday – Friday work week
