Medical Technologist II (PRN). - UF Health Jacksonville.

We are seeking a skilled medical laboratory technologist to perform a variety of laboratory procedures and operate complex analyzers for disease diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include:

• Making independent judgments on test results.
• Analyzing quality control data.
• Researching new techniques and equipment.
• Instructing students and staff.
• Collaborating with healthcare practitioners.
• Providing excellent customer service.

Schedule: PRN, 2 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday with rotating weekends.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field required for new hires after October 1, 2022.

Licensure: Florida Technologist License and ASCP, AMT, or AAB National Certification required.

Compensation: Starting at $30.00 per hour with benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
