This is an onsite, part-time, position in Redding, CA. The model is an independent contractor. Have to be at least 21 years old.

Job Summary:

This position is through Integrated Psychiatric Consultants, P.A., and would be directly working with Shasta Regional Medical Center. The Medical Staff Coordinator would be responsible for providing professional assistance to medical staff members and appropriate administrative staff. Each morning, the Medical Staff Coordinator would assist with telepsychiatry operations, which are used to have providers see patients while they are in the inpatient hospital. Hours are very variable and are always in the morning to mid-day time.

Essential Functions:

Assist with telepsychiatry operations which are used to help Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners see patients who are admitted in the inpatient hospital.
Be a liaison between medical staff and senior administration to communicate sensitive and confidential issues.
