• Focuses on patient priorities with a kind and caring attitude to ensure quality care.
• Maintaining Inbound and Outbound referrals for Redirect Health for all specialties:
• Schedule for the specialty services providers that come to our facility.
• Regular communication and follow up with the specialty service providers
• Understanding which insurances require a referral or an authorization
• Making sure that our referral tasks are up to date within a 72-business hour timeframe
• Documenting and logging all outbound referrals in EMR
• Documenting the dictation received from our specialty service providers
• Assist as a back-up for referrals if another Outbound Referral Coordinator is out*
• Answers patient inquiries in an appropriate manner and complies with patient"s needs at all times.
• Performs general office responsibilities, to include typing and answering telephone/client inquiries.
• Responsibilities and accountabilities with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that clearly indicate how you"ll determine, measure and know the employee is performing as required.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft word, Excel, and an Electronic Medical Record system, Preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English), Highly Desired
• Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation, Required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
