What You’ll Do

In this vital role, you’ll help drive excellence and efficiency in two key areas:

1. Medical Records Management

• Ensure compliance with CMS requirements for accurate, organized records.
• Prepare documentation for seamless audits and inspections.

2. Central Supply Operations

• Oversee procurement, optimize inventory control, and ensure timely delivery of supplies.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison with legal entities and represent the facility in court proceedings as needed.
• Perform data entry and resolve IT-related challenges to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet deadlines for HMO requests.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of skilled nursing home experience in medical records or central supply coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
• Proficiency in data entry and IT troubleshooting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
