Medical Receptionist - Medical Professionals

Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, outgoing, motivated, and willing to go the distance

• Must have 1-2 years office experience
• Must be extremely reliable!
• Must have professional communication and demeanor

Job duties:

• Greet patients as they come into the building or over the phone
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of waiting area
• Direct Patients to the correct floor and office
• Provide general office support and help
• Assist visitors with any questions that they may have
• Collection of Copays, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments and answering phones

Full time Monday-Friday 8:00am 5:00 pm
