Pay From: $25 an hour
MUST:
The Medical Receptionist Supervisor (Manager) - Team Lead must have experience:
Working in a high-volume doctors office
Experience hiring and managing a team of employees
EMR experience (eCW is preferred)
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Strong communication skills
DUTIES:
Overseeing a team of employees
Training and hiring new team members
Working with vendors and contractors as needed
Coordinating facilities management as needed
Acting as the point of contact for patient complaints and questions
Answering phones and forwarding calls to the appropriate party, or taking down messages for forwarding later
Collecting patient information and providing it to relevant medical leads
Tracking availability and preparing patients before their appointments
Informing medical staff when a patient has arrived or is waiting
Ensuring that each patient has the proper documentation and sign-in sheets
Handling correspondence and file transfers
Checking on medical staff throughout the day
