Job Summary:

As the Medical Receptionist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient movement of patients throughout their clinic experience, from check-in to treatment to check-out. Serving as the main point of contact for all non-clinical patient services, your warm and engaging demeanor will set the tone for a welcoming atmosphere in our lively and dynamic clinic. What You'll do:

Greeting patients warmly and delivering exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
Coordinating the care of each patient meticulously from their initial evaluation to discharge, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Managing incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Utilizing electronic scheduling systems to book appointments accurately and efficiently.
Performing data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Verifying and updating patients' personal and financial information to ensure accuracy.
Maintaining organized patient charts and electronic medical records, upholding confidentiality and compliance standards.
Collecting, processing, and accurately recording patient payments, and ensuring timely depositing of funds.
Handling faxing, filing, and other administrative tasks as required, demonstrating versatility and adaptability in fulfilling responsibilities.

Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent
Must have 1+ years of previous medical front office experience
Excellent telephone skills
Proficient in Word and Excel
Previous experience with medical software preferred
Available and flexible with your hours
Close attention to detail
Great time management and organizational skills
Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service
