Medical Receptionist - Integrated Dermatology of North Raleigh

Busy Dermatologist office seeks team player for full-time receptionist.

The Receptionist works as part of the health care team by assisting the practice physician in providing high quality patient care in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will be energetic and able to remain focused in a busy atmosphere while delivering a high level of customer service.

• Greet patients as they arrive.
• Answer the phone.
• Check patients in and out.
• Enter demographics and insurance into EMR.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Candidates must consent to and pass a criminal background check.

Job Type:

• Full-Time: Monday thru Thursday 7:45/8:15 am to 4:00/4:30pm and Fridays 8:00am to 1:00pm

Experience:

• 2 years of medical receptionist preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work as a team.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Certifications:

• Administrative Assistant certificate preferred but not required.
