Medical Receptionist - HumanHire

HumanHire has partnered with one of the largest specialty healthcare providers in New York to help find a Medical Receptionist for their office in Port Jefferson Station. This provider has 40+ locations throughout New York State & offers competitive pay with real growth guidelines!

What's in it for you?

• Location: Port Jefferson Station, NY
• Pay: $20-21/hour plus benefits and weekly pay!
• Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday - Friday between the hours of 7AM-5PM (Rotating Saturdays: 8AM-12:30PM)

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments for patients.
• Assisting patients during check-in.
• Verifying insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Entering patient demographic information into the system.
• Managing medical charts, including pulling and filing.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experince as a Medical Receptionist preferred
• Experience with NextGen preferred
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
